Warning, please only order frozen food when you are certain somebody will be in to collect it or to a commercial address. We try our best to ensure you receive your frozen food as soon as possible so its always best to keep checking as to when your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately, certain circumstances are beyond our control such as our courier service experiencing severe weather etc. but we do try to let you know as quickly as possible if there will be problems / delays.
