Delivery Pricing and Information

Here is our delivery pricing structure for each respective area.

Mainland UK (Including the Isle of Wight)

• Any Orders over £200 qualify for free delivery regardless of type.
• If purchasing only Livefood then delivery is only an extra £2.00 to the total cost. 
• General Dry Goods (whether they include live food or not) are £3.00 P&P. 
• Frozen food and Heavy items are charged at £8.50 postage and packaging.

Frozen food will be sent by a courier to arrive at noon the next working day after the order has been processed. Any order upto 11am will arrive by noon the next working day. Please ensure you are at the address as we cannot be held responsible for unreachable addresses.

Small general items including livefood will be sent with Royal Mail 1st Class. Heavier items will be sent by courier for next working day delivery.)

Northern Ireland

• Frozen food and Heavy items are charged at £12.00 postage and packaging.

Frozen food will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery after the order has been processed. Any order upto 11am will be dispatched that day with Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please ensure you are at the address as we cannot be held responsible for unreachable addresses.

Offshore Destinations (including Channel Islands)

• Frozen food and Heavy items are charged at £12.00 postage and packaging.

• In the event of extreme weather, deliveries may be suspended and subject to delay.

• We do try hard to ensure your delivery arrives on time and as soon as possible but unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any delays that may be caused by either Royal Mail or our other Courier services.

• Please note, the weights of all items displayed are for our own postage calculations and are not correct.

• If your order is placed after Thursday 11am and contains either Live Food or Frozen items, we do not ship until Monday. This way the items do not sit with our courier and become spoilt over the weekend.
